Lopes Store TI

Lopes Store TI is a remodel of a 39,870-sf precast classroom building for Grand Canyon University, took 4 months. The project stripped the structure to its framework and fully rebuilt it, adding a storefront and canopy at the main entrance, along with decorative wood accents along the main aisle.
