Oak Creek

Oak Creek, 156-unit student housing project for Grand Canyon University, was completed in 9 months. The first two podium floors feature concrete columns and post-tension decks, while the top four floors are wood-framed. Decorative colored block stair towers and a first-floor design enhance aesthetics. Tall curtain walls bring natural daylight into the corridors.
