The podium’s first two floors use post-tension concrete and wood framing for the four upper floors.  Each apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared kitchen/living area. Amenities include a student gym, lounge, hang-out space, courtyard, and a Panera Bread.
